How to stick it to the poor: A Congressionl strategy

Samantha Paige Rosen, narrator of this current event, states,"Congress will basically start kicking poor people out of their homes early next year. The idea is, if you can't pay for your home without government assistance, you don't deserve to live in one." I refute to this ridiculous strategy because it's fooloish! If someone require government assistant than maybe they can't meet to the terms of paying the entire payment, in which they have look at the government for help. Why strip them away from a descent home and by perchance they'll end up on the streets homeless? Do you want people begging you for change or posted on every corner? Are we that sick of Americans to put families in the streets because they need assisstant? We help every other country in need, so why turn our backs on citizens who are actually apart of America? We should love thy neighbor! I think we should think about the children, and not the greed of having money. The unfortunante families barely put a dent in America's debt...Wars do! I also know that removing families from their homes will be a very ardous task trying to accomplish. Congress knows better, America knows better, and the Citizens knows better. "Take the food out of their mouths. Literally." The cuts to Food Stamps were implemented on November 1. Yet, Congress won't let the program rest there — House Republicans are pushing to take $39 billion from SNAP over the next decade. If their plan succeeds, the Congressional Budget Office estimates that 3.8 million low-income individuals would lose their benefits in 2014 with 2.8 million more getting kicked off the program each year. SNAP is one of the three most effective anti-poverty programs the government has, keeping four million people out of poverty last year alone. So the initial and further cuts make a lot of sense — if you despise the poor," implied by the Yahoo Article. We sound like beligerent animals who doesn't have any sense! A wise man knows that people with heart lives a long life! Why would we do these horrible things to our citizens? Why would we take their homes and any other government aid from them? Oh, Wow they're not really human beings just poor people depending on the wealth so they can be lazy and do nothing at all! They breed children and makes America pay for shelter and food because they like the privledge of having a free ride through life! Come on America, I doubt every poor person has a mind set as of ignorance! If anything we should help them because apparently they need assisstance. They Shouldn't be dwelled upon. Be the bigger person AMERICA!!!!

Should children start pre-k before going straight into kindergarten?

Statistics show that a majority of kids attend at least one year of preschool: According to the National Institute for Early Education Research (NIEER), more than two-thirds of 4-year-olds and more than 40 percent of 3-year-olds were enrolled in a preschool in 2005. "Children who attend high-quality preschool enter kindergarten with better pre-reading skills, richer vocabularies, and stronger basic math skills than those who do not," says NIEER director W. Steven Barnett, PhD.

Justice for Adrian Peterson's 2-year-old son

The 2-year-old son of NFL star Adrian Peterson died Friday in a South Dakota hospital after he was allegedly beaten by a man dating the boy's mother. Thoroughly, Patterson was later interviewed by police and charged with aggravated assault on an infant. I honesttly, do not believe that justice is being served! He killed a child before he even got the chance to experience life, a child whom couldn't hurt a fly, a child with small intentions to hurting one's feeling. Did he deserve to die? What can a helpless child possibly do to a twenty-seven old man. It was said that this encounter happened once before, but the child survived. We seen so we should conquer! The man is a monster, He should be sentenced life for his cruel deeds. He took a life, therfore, he should be sentenced life in prison without any further will do. If this cause happened to any other child, the killer would have been sentenced life. Patterson is no different than the stories i've already heard, he desrves to go to jail for the murder of Tyrese Robert Ruffin. A bond doesn't justify the crime he convicted. We want justice and justice we shall have!

Obama Care vs. Health Care

What do you prefer? Obama Care or Health Care? Why? On YouTube a broadcasters acknowledge this question. Half of the citizens chose Obama Care, but the other half were Caucasian who chose Health Care. Now don't get me wrong, I love other races considering myself an African American, but do you think the government shutdown was maybe caused because of racism? Furthermore, throughout the video on YouTube, the news reporter informed the the viewers that Obama Care and Health Care are both the same. Everyone that he viewed felt embarrassed. They thought they made a complete fool of them selves. They were rather comfortable with descriptive opinions as to why they thought Obama Care was useless, not knowing that both terms are the same. Everyone is obligated to their opinions but the people who was asked the questions obviously doesn't knows what's really going on, but going by what they've heard most likely! Do you think the shutdown was worthless and a waste of time; Can the government explain to us citizens why they are against Obama Care or is there no reason?

Education

Why is education so important? Education broadens your mind and thoughts to a higher level. I love learning new things because the more the merrier! "The purpose of education, finally, is to create in a person the ability to look at the world for himself, to make his own decisions, to say to himself this is black or this is white, to decide for himself whether there is a God in heaven or not," stated from Mr. James Baldwin. In the essay "A talk to Teachers", Mr.Baldwin stated that a man is a social animal that cannot exist without society. At first, I was confused as to what he was trying to say until I was able to comprehend what he meant. From Mr.Baldwin statement, my assumption was education or knowledge determines our future and with that being said a person must share their knowledge because no man is promised to live forever. It's better to educate others of the unknown rather then hindering them from reality and the truth.

Should we go to war with Syria ?

No, we shouldn't go to war with Syria! It's unreasonable and inconsiderate. Why does America tries to be hero's for everyone? We the country, can not afford another war. We're struggling as it is. We should handle our problems first and tend to others last. I understand that people and other countries look up to America, but we as a country can not face any hardships at the moment. I'm not saying I don't care about what's going on in Syria, but my main priority is America. The rants and problems in Syria are devastating, but is it really our problem? Should mothers, fathers, children, family, and friends worry about whether or not seeing their loved ones again? Is it fair to them and their loved ones? How will we know whether they've appreciated what we did or if they expected us to help? This is my opinion, you can disagree if you'll liked but my mind is made up. Ask yoursrdelf, can America really afford a war at this time? We're not perfect ourselves, so why does everyone depends on America about life or death situations? America shouldn't go to war with Syria because we can not afford it nor can we take chances!

Dress to Impress

You can tell a lot by a character by the way the person dresses! If someone smells good and looks nice they attract others, but if their clothes are hideous and their clothes stench, people have the tendency to avoid that person at sight. For example, a job interview is a great topic! In a job interview you must look presentable, you have to look as if you really want the job and you should also have fresh creases in your clothes to let the interviewer know you care about first impressions. For example, Sally Mae and Marilyn Jae both had a interview for the same company. Marilyn Jae wore a Long black pencil skirt which passed her knees with some black pumps; she also had a nice tan blouse. Sally Mae wore a pink mini skirt with a pair of open toe pumps; she also had on a white blouse, which showed cleavage. Furthermore, Marilyn Jae received a phone call stating that she has the job and they informed her about how they liked the way she presented herself. Sally Mae didn't get the job and it crushed her heart like two cars in a wreck. She didn't understand why she didn't get the job and her friend did. Moreover, people will judge you by the way you dress. People will take all types of misconceptions and put you in a category that you may not want to be in. The way you dress brings different aspects upon yourself. You can attract the wrong crowd of people and certain things will follow you til eternity giving you a bad reputation. Eventually you'll get it together but hopefully it want be to late. Today's society you must look nice to get any where in life important to you. You may not think people care about the way you look or even pays atention, but they do. The point i'm trying to get across is that you don't have to leave the house and dress fancy everyday, but to take time and consider about your choice in clothing. You don't have to dress to impress but be presentable at all times.
